i have a Hauppauge WinTV HVR-950 - ATSC HDTV Receiver / Analog TV Tuner - Hi-Speed USB . didnt open it yet. will it work in israel (im there for the week)?

Take a look and see if it can record in both PAL and NTSC. NTSC is American PAL is rest of the world. ATSC is everywhere (not region specific) If it says it can work with PAL, You should be all set
