Hmm... No, I don't think so. It's fine if you did not go to school in Israel, but it is necessary to speak Hebrew. It's kind of like, in Israel, there are lots of people who speak English, just like in the US there are lots of people who speak Spanish, but if you wanted to work in the US, you would have to learn English, right? Anyway, Israel has several intensive Hebrew language programs for new immigrants so they can settle into Israeli society. And contrary to popular belief, Hebrew is not a very difficult language to learn.
2 :
Once you migrate to Israel, you will have to first learn Hebrew, which all new immigrants do. There are programs designed just for you. Once you have learned Hebrew, you would have to get a licence in order to become a doctor. Exams will be necessary of course. Sincerely, Ms. Miche ; })

The below link gives more details. A medical professional who meets the requirements may certainly practice here, but s/he must be issued a Department of Medical Professions/ Ministry of Health license. Obviously, this applies to someone who graduated from a recognized 6 year medical program as well as 1 year of rotating internship ("stag"); the internship requirement may also be fulfilled in Israel. (For a practicing intern from abroad in a "straight" internship, the rotating internship requirement in Israel may be waived.) One applies for a license at the local district Health Office. http://www.hagshama.org.il/en/resources/view.asp?id=389

Annex israel, Right now it's just a welfare state that dictates foreign policy?
We send money to the taxpaying innercity and it's called a waste. We send money to the source of ALL western wealth(africa) and it's considered a waste. We send a disproportionate amount to israel, which is home to only a few people and is part of an endless cycle of terror and that's justification to send more- We should offer them state hood after we force a joint israeli-palestinian government and everyone that opposes that, is an obstacle to peace. Aid to israel is the biggest waste of resources on planet earth. It has caused 100 holocaust and prevented any incentive for israel to be fair with its neighbors nevermind breeding unyielding resentment. It doesn't even work for israel to be a jumping off point for america to undermine africa and the middle-east because they attack israel in retaliation. How much hardship does israel suffer due to this unholy relationship- The aid isn't working, the occupation isn't working. If it were Nigeria or Detroit the $ would have dried up I can't tell by the pre-scripted answers that most people trained in this group-think only check for one perspective and that's the problem. If only ALL THE DOZENS OF AFRICAN NATIONS would act good. And surely israel would do the right thing if all the lowly arabs would recognize its superiority and right to occupy it. Oh and who is playing the race card now---lol. Yep it's a PROVEN FACT every leader ever in africa is corrupt(unlike israel or the united states-) It is most people in these countries who think of it as a dependent. No one seems to be unaware that africa is not a single country, that the inner city are in different states and that israeli politics are not monolithic. Everyone in israel does not agree with the relationship with the u.s. or about palestine. I hate that white's and jews consider there side of the story to be the full story. Yeah I agree with the previous post though I am sure we do not agree. The poster wants to play American aid to Israel off against aid we should be sending toe Africa so it appears that the poster is a racist or thinks only in terms of race. The US sends incredible amounts of aid to Africa and most of it ends up in the pockets of corrupt govenments and that is a proven fact. Africa nor the Middle East belongs to the US and every attempt to make peace fails because of problems in the area. I think if Arab states would have recognized it as a state years ago, they would have had so many commercial relationships by now that Israel would be dependent on her neighbors instead of the rest of the world. Israel is far from a welfare state and has a pretty healthy GNP though it has to devote so much to defense. Israel has a lot of technology and expertise to share with neighbors but not while at war and under the threat of destruction. Palestinians were, at one time, one of the most intelligent, educated groups in the world but finally attaining some form of autonomy failed because terrorists within the PLO wanted to remain terrorists and not statesmen. Your posting seem to mimic some of the anti Israel statements that come from the Middle East and perhaps you are Middle Eastern. Israel would have disappeared as a threat if they had been recognized as a state years ago. Hatred rules in the MIddle East and people think that God wants them to kill people so its hopeless. Palestinians with any sense have abandoned this years ago and fled to other nations where they can raise families and send them to school without someone killing them.

This is a misguided question based on a distorted sense of what the REAL issues are in Israel.
5 :
You clearly have no understanding of Israel whatsoever. Israel is a tiny country, smaller than Wales, and she is surrounded by huge, wealthy, hostile Arab neighbours. Israel battles the SAME terrorists as the rest of the free world - the same groups that destroyed the twin towers in New York and who put bombs on London tube trains and buses. America sends money to many countries, and yes, one of them is Israel. In return, America has a genuine ally and remember, Israel is the only democracy in the entire Middle East. Israel also gives America a lot of intelligence info, which is vital as Israel is, alas out of necessity, the most experienced nation in terms of dealing with Islamic terrorism. America also gives a lot of money to Germany - apparently this doesn't bother you, though...?
6 :
Hmmm... Talk about group think. The only thing that distinguishes your tripe from others that have said the exact same thing is that you are slightly more rambling. Oh well. To address some of your "points". - It is not true that the "source of ALL western wealth" is Africa. To be quite frank, I'm not even sure what you mean since you fail to clarify what you mean by "wealth". - Although Israel receives a substantial amount of money from the US, it hardly makes up even a small fraction of Israel's total "wealth". Thus, it is hardly a "welfare state". - And Egypt is the second largest beneficiary of US foreign aid. I have yet to see people like you even to bother address that issue. Because, whatever problem you have with aid to Israel you can apply to Egypt. Yet you don't bother to address it. It seems to me that you don't really care about foreign aid and where it goes, you just use it as a poor excuse to bash Israel. - Also, your advocating of "forcing" a joint state is highly disturbing and it is laughable that such a thing can even work.
7 :
it is painfully obvious that not many people care to hear your rambling babble. So with that I say, "go back to your ghetto".

Obama has unquestionably been slowly drawing back and away from Israel for the last 2 years. They know and even knew it BEFORE he was elected. Unlike the U.S. Israel has a very thick file on Obama and they have no illusions where he's coming from. What's equally unnerving is the latest leftist news media PLAYING up Obama's big "Christian" comments, when the fact is, 20 years in a Black Theology "church" was anything BUT christian. It's like he's intentionally trying to draw away any attention to his Islamic sympathies, while Egypt slowly becomes dominated by the Muslim Brotherhood. Answer: The odds increase every day, with ALL the unrest now suddenly occurring in the Middle East countries, there is a very serious and escalating war in our future. Israel will NOT sit back and let themselves be surrounded by Islamic radicals. Perhaps there's a modicum of potential reality to the 2012 predictions of global upheaval.
13 :
In the final analysis, Israel probably has more information on Obama than the average American voter. They knew exactly how things would proceed.

It's spelled "Palestine". And allowing people to work in their country is nothing special. However, keeping them in captivity and allowing them to leave the cell once a day to work for them in a sevatile, doing jobs they do not see themselves doing is in no way a form of compassion.
2 :
That is correct. When they bomb Israelis no one gets angry but when Israel doesn't allow them to enter Israel (for obvious security reasons) then the world get angry at Israel.

That is the kind of question that needs to be addressed to a professional. Contact the Jewish Agency, it is their job to answer these types of questions. http://www.jewishagency.org/JewishAgency/English/Home/Information+Center And best of luck.
2 :
I concur with Gamla Joe's suggestion. You didn't mention when you are making aliyah. (Trends change from time to time.) If you are talking about the near future and have experience in the field of patent law or in international law, that will be to your advantage. Chanuka sameach and good luck!
3 :
I agree with the above two positions. On an optimistic note, much legal work involves international business law, and someone fluent in English like yourself may have a nice advantage when looking for a job.
4 :
...who knows. Their legal system is different. You may have to take some classes once you get there to familiarize yourself with their legal system.

You would have to search for companies that do that sort of thing in Israel. If you want to work here you would have to get a work permit. Your company will apply for one for you but it can be very expensive for the company (about 1000$). Why do you want to do this in Israel?
2 :
you can try and contact liveperson.com or shopping.com. both have centers in israel, and both have employees who work from home.

My daughter lives and works in Israel. Should she get her salary in Sheckels, or USD.
My daughter lives and works in Israel. Should she get her salary in Sheckels, or USD.?
What currency should she ask to be paid in. Say she needs to spend 70% of her money in Israel. And save the rest. Please also consider that the exchange rate is not able to be predicted by you. So I'm looking for an answer that deals with that uncertainty, rather than an answer that predicts the direction of the exchange rate. So I'd also like to know if you have any recommendations about taking a position in currency futures, etc.

I don't know how the Sheckel is doing on the global market, but if the dollar keeps dropping like a stone (as it has been for awhile), then if she has a choice, I'd DEFINITELY avoid being paid in dollars.
2 :
Israel has money changers all over. As she asks around & finds the reputable ones, she can use shekels as that is Israels' currency. When the rates are in her favor, she can change her $ over to whatever is offering the best deal.
3 :
Not sure about the Sheckel either but I wouldn't recommend getting the 30% in US especially with the way the market is going. I'd look into the Euros if anything or just keep the Sheckels if there doing good in the market. -Scott http://www.insurance-needs.info
4 :
I think she'll get paid in whatever currency the company that she works for uses. Chances are that since she is living in Israel and working in Israel, then she'll get paid in Sheckels.
5 :
Assuming she can choose, I can't see any advantages in her being paid in USD. The Sheqel is a stable and fully convertible currency and she will be spending 70% of her pay in Sheqel transactions. Being paid in USD would require her to spend money every month converting to Sheqels.

If they hadn't destroyed Israeli greenhouses when Israelis evacuated Gaza, they would have had a thriving farming economy.

HAMAS only has terrorist jobs. They bread it and sell it to other such groups; all militant Arabs who also want to eradicate Israel.

Who was more important for Israel
Who was more important for Israel?
The spy who died in the Egyptian jail or the one who died in England in the garden of his home. Aren't they both working for Israel or what ?

I don't think Ashraf Marawan was a Spy... Blowing the whistle on their men isn't an Israeli thing we see every day... Neither is it an Egyptian thing to honour a traitor... So from where I stand I think he was a double agent who made Israel sore and made the Egyptians happy... so the first tried to tarnish his reputation in 2003... while the latter just kept quiet and praised him all along. And you make up your own decision... As for El Filali... I don't have enough info to judge his case.

Sure they both would be more important for Israel if they were both working for Israel.

Is it a crime to be work as a Christian missionary in Israel amongst the Jewish population
Is it a crime to be work as a Christian missionary in Israel amongst the Jewish population?

Yes, It is not allowed by law
2 :
Proselytizing of any kind is not allowed in Israel. This includes by Jews, Christians, Muslims, Baha'i, and the crazy man on the corner starting his own religion. Imagine how crazy the place would be if it was allowed?
3 :
A quote from the US State Department's website: "A 1977 anti-proselytizing law prohibits any person from offering or receiving material benefits as an inducement to conversion; however, there have been no reports of the law's enforcement. A bill that would have restricted proselytizing further was promulgated in 2000; however, similar bills did not reach a final vote in the past and local observers do not believe that this bill will be enacted. Christian and other evangelical groups asserted that the draft bills were discriminatory and served to intimidate Christian groups. Missionaries are allowed to proselytize, although the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons) voluntarily refrains from proselytizing under an agreement with the Government." From http://www.state.gov/g/drl/rls/irf/2001/5697.htm If I understand this correctly, the law prohibits them specifically from "offering material benefits" which implies that if a missionary did not offer "material benefit" then it would not be against the law. It is, however, definitely frowned upon by the Jewish community, in Israel and abroad (myself included).
4 :
This may be the only thing Israel and Saudi Arabia have in common.
5 :
It is a crime to solicit your religion, but you have the right to be any religion you wish to be in Israel.

Depends on your nationality. I.e. if Ur a Brit U can apply for a passport for Israel. When you've finished working in Israel U collect a new passport / turn the other one in and resume working elsewhere. + Never enter it in your CV. So have a good tight cover for the period. Otherwise agents etc might automatically assume U did time in the Big-house Under no circumstances flash a passport with Israel stamps etc in it if and when applying to work back in the Gulf / Middle East etc. Moreover, it'll also restrict Ur traveling when outside Israel for leave etc. If U intend to fly off some place when on leave - be sure to check it out first - otherwise it could be dicey! Get Ur replacement passport first I believe many other countries do the same for their nationals! In all honesty, it could mean / be your death - and I'm not kidding, by any means! So play safe - don't even chance it!
3 :
most likely NO - the middle east muslims HATE the jews and also most ME countries will not allow you to enter if you have an israeli stamp in your passport.
4 :
Yes, but you'll need a new passport. No Arab nation will admit you with an Israeli stamp in your passport. Make no mention of the job or living in Israel on your application and resume.

Ive been to Israel before loved it, looking to go back for school program if I get into one for fall, Israel in alot of places is a humid enviornment, my hair did frizz out alot there when in tel aviv and other near the beach cities communities and Im a guy. If you want to be on the safe side get one, even if it doesnt frizz out in alot of areas youll still have it incase you need it.
2 :
I don't know the answer to your question. But I had a $100 Chi Hair straightener and was stupid enough to let my sister's friend borrow it, when she returned it, it wouldn't work ): So now I have no hair straightener and can't really throw away the money to buy another one.....
3 :
There are lots of stores in places like NY and LA where they sell for-Israel appliances because of the large populations of former Israelis and people travelling to Israel there. I would say goggle something like appliance stores european current and something should come up. You can also buy one in Israel in any appliance or department store, but it will probably cost more because stuff like that have high duty fees on them.
4 :
If you purchase a flat iron from a european website it should have the correct plug on it and you will not need the adapter. Google flat iron with european plug and you should be able to find one, and it will probably be less expensive than buying one when you get there.
5 :
When you land in Israel, buy a flat iron that doesn't cost much and after the ten days are up you can do with it whatever and it wont matter.
6 :
If you want a professional flat iron and you are ok with spending around $140 I would highly recommend the Karmin G3 Salon Pro, it heats up to 450f with temperature control, dual voltage, tourmaline ceramic plates with rounded edges which makes it great for also curling your hair. Also has a 3 year warranty. If you are in the US you can buy from http://MyHairStylingTools.com, they are also giving away a free heat matt/carrying case and some heat serum that works really well. If you are in Canada you can buy at http://www.hairtools.ca/. If you do look at other irons make sure to stay away from irons with painted plates (colored plates) these can damage your hair. A little about plate quality: * Aluminum – 90’s and low quality, will stick to your hair and terrible results. * Colored Plates – Stay away from these, they may look nice but they are for show and they are not good for your hair. * Ceramic Plates – White or Yellowish color plate – These plates are good but they are older technology from around 2002. Many companies still use these as it is cheaper to manufacture than a tourmaline ceramic plate. * Titanium Plates – Gun Metal Grey color – These are great plates and provide great results. These and Tourmaline Ceramic plates are about the same in quality but work different with different hair types. You would need to try both to see which one provides the best results for your hair type. * Tourmaline Ceramic – Gun Metal Grey in color – These are currently the best plates on the market. currently I only see Karmin and Sedu using these plates. It appears all the other brands are focused on cutting costs by using the cheaper plates. Some features you should look for: * Variable Temperature Control (If you have thick hair make sure it heats up to at least 420F) * Swivel Cord * At least a 3 year warranty (most hair straighteners will die in the first year or two) * If you travel then make sure its dual voltage You can also check reviews at http://flatironsreviews.com to see their ranking of the top 10 flat irons. Good luck and I hope this helps.

Traditionally on all Yom Tov and holidays. But some wouldnt only on Shabbat and Yom Kippur. But some do work.Like me.I fast and follow all rules i just work. But since this year Yom Kippur is on Shabbat i will follow the work rules since i am Somer Shabbat.
3 :
The Torah requires Jews to abstain from (39 categories of labor) on the Sabbath; this is from before sundown on Friday evening until after sunset (when 3 stars come out) on Saturday night. The same applies to Yom Kippur. On Rosh HaShana, Shavuot, (and the first and last day of ) Passover, and Sukkot all of the same laws apply, except that specific means of cooking and food preparation are allowed for the enjoyment of the holidays
4 :
Look in the 23rd chapter of Vayikra (Leviticus). The 15th and the 21st days of Abib (the first month) are HIGH SABBATHS. No work is done. The Feast of Shavuot (pentecost to the churchmen) is a HIGH SABBATH...no work on this day. In the 7th month (which should begin on Sept 13) Yom Teruah (trumpets...wrongly called Rosh Hashanna by the Rabbinicals) HIGH SABBATH...no work. Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) 10th day of the 7th month. HIGH SABBATH...no work and a day of TOTAL FASTING. 15th and 22nd day of 7th month are the beginning and ending of the Feast of Tabernacles. Both days are HIGH SABBATHS...no work. There are 7 days of no work in addition to the weekly Sabbaths which, by the way, Jesus observed. Come to think of it, so did Paul and the other disciples. So why don't christians observe what the FIRST followers of Jesus did? Could it be that satan has sown some lies in the wheat field? Hmmm? Jesus was also in attendance of Chanukah!...see John 10.22. Look up the word "dedication" in your concordance/Hebrew lexicon. There's no biblical command for this festival, but it's something our Master did, so we can do it too.
5 :
The Jews in Israel are not firbidden to work at anyday by state laws. the relegious jews do not work on shabat and holidays (some charedim dont work at all but that is another story) but israel's law does not forbid working on any day

because we pay them about 5 billion a year and if we do it it well pis off all those oil guys
4 :
they need ,to show how to stand up and fight for survival. its not a military war its war against people (civil) distroy or be destroyed.
5 :
Yes Hezbollah bombed the army barracks in Bruit. Hezbollah went to Lebanon during the Israeli occupation to assist Lebanese to rid their land of occupation forces. USA forces fell in that catagory!! So now we support Israel in their war, Some of us are tired of Israels' aggressiveness. They could have yelled help when soldiers were attacked and avoided slaughter of civilians, and massive destruction of property.
6 :
Why did they attack the U.S.? Israel!

Because americans are lead by Jews. So you don't led Jews do your dirty work. You do dirty work for them.

Are there Orthodox Jewish doctors in Israel?Do they work on Shabbat?
Religion & Spirituality - 6 Answers
Random Answers, Critics, Comments, Opinions :
1 :
There are Orthodox Jewish doctors, but to keep the Sabbath day holy they cannot work on the Sabbath.
2 :
Yes. There is an exception to the laws surrounding Shabbat that permit breaking Shabbat to save a life. That exception allows doctors, nurses, soldiers, etc., to still perform their life saving work on Shabbat.
3 :
Doctors work on the Sabbath because of Pikuach Nefesh – – the saving of life – The highest Jewish obligation that overrides almost every other law (Yoma 85b; Sanhedrin 4:5; Baba Mezia 62b).
4 :
And just to add to mama pajama's answer, the three sins which never override other commandments are: 1) sexual immorality (incest); 2) murder; and 3) idol worship (which is why Jews have almost always chosen to die rather than undergo forced conversion).
5 :
You've gotten some good responses. I'll put in the clarification that while observant Jewish doctors provide emergency services on Shabbat, they won't have regular "Saturday Hours", like many non-Jewish doctors, for routine checkups and treatment.
6 :
Some supplemental information to the other answers: There are Orthodox Jewish doctors everywhere who work on Shabbat; Israel, Canada, Europe, etc. Many Orthodox Jewish communities run their own volunteer ambulance service (called Hatzolah, Hebrew for "Rescue"), whose members may be lawyers, plumbers, Rabbis, electricians, etc., who are trained paramedics, EMTs, or other type of emergency responders. They carry walkie-talkies and cell phones at all times, including Shabbat, and when called upon will respond immediately to emergency calls that are potentially life-threatening issues, even on Shabbat, and they drive their cars as well as ambulances for that purpose on Shabbat. Sorry about the run-on sentence.

I think you cannot visit Dubai since you have been to Israel and your passport has Israel visa
2 :
Go to another country get a new passport from the Philipines or it's representative and then go to UAE without any stamp in your passport from Israel
3 :
musta kabayan! i posted a question here weeks ago if i can visit isreal if im from riyadh, i got answers like what the earlier answers you got, if your from saudi with the saudi stamp on your passport, you cant enter israel. if your passport had an israeli stamp, none of the muslim countries will accept you aswell, they consider each other great enemies. ang meron lang silang diplomatic ties ang israel was with jordan & egypt. others says pati dubai kaya pwede ka but im really not sure of this so better check with israel immigration website. ewan ko bakit ang laki ng problem nila with jews!heres what you can do, travel back to manila or other country using dubai as your transit country, make sure your next flight to manila is thru emirates airline, at the airport you can purchase a 96 hour visa for a minimal fee, u can use this limited time to visit your friends there or for sight seeing while waiting for your next flight.

Should Israel colonize Gaza and put everyone to work making soccer balls
Should Israel colonize Gaza and put everyone to work making soccer balls?
I'm glad to see Israel keep its foot on the throat of Hamas in spite of the annointed class finger wagging it and saying it should sit on its hands and enjoy the missles coming in. Clearly Israel must topple the Hamas government and install a new one that doesn't pose a threat or colonize the whole thing. What do you think?

2 :
Yeah see the civilized world calls that slavery. Jews call it entrepreneurship, why do you think the Europeans sent them to Israel in the first place?
3 :
They tried that and Clinton had them give it all back. It did not work. They will be fighting till the end of time.
4 :
Balls.
5 :
Yes, Hamas has to go, no room in the 21st century for people like that.
6 :
Nope, might tear it up from the roots though.
7 :
No , I think they should Nuc them all at least it is more humain
8 :
What do I think? That people like you would be perfectly happy to see Israel making soccer balls out of the skins of Palestinian children.
9 :
Wow.....This is the 21st century, you don't go around colonizing countries, especially ones that are in possession, either through proxy or by themselves, of nuclear weapons

Does a GPS work everywhere in Israel?
Last time I was there 3 years ago my GPS (it was the best Israeli GPS on the market) worked properly in some places and in other places it got me lost

Is this one of the ones you use in your car to get turn-by-turn directions? It might be that the database of local streets isn't up to date. I have one I got just a few months ago, and it works fine in any place we've used it in the US. But when we went to Canada last week, it was confused. I don't think the Canadian street database is as up to date. Try looking for a GPS that specifically lists israel as one of the countries defined in the database, or see if there is a new map definition that you can download or install. Another problem might be poor reception. If you're in an area with poor reception, such as a city with tall buildings, it may not get a good signal from multiple satellites, so it won't know where it is as well as it might otherwise. Try moving to an open area with a large view of the sky.
2 :
I was visiting Israel the last few weeks and used a GPS and it was great, you should download the latest, updated version http://www.gegereka.com/?query=gps%20israel%20update
3 :
You should try the Arab GPS system. Guaranteed to get you lost in the desert for at least three days.
4 :
The technology in the last 3 years has come far significantly. As long as it says its compatible in Israel, I don't see why it shouldn't.

Has anyone ever traveled to Lebanon, after visiting Israel on the same trip? How does that work
Has anyone ever traveled to Lebanon, after visiting Israel on the same trip? How does that work?!?
I am aware that Lebanon will not allow prior travel to Israel. I have heard that I must request that Israel NOT stamp my passport. I am flying to Amman - then Tel Aviv - then Amman - then Beirut. If my passport shows some "unaccounted" time (the time spent in Israel), will this cause a problem when I arrive in Lebanon? I am looking for advice from people that have actually done this. I am not interested in opinions. Please, no "opinions!!!!" I have plenty of friends that can provide opinions.

You can avoid the "problem" of having an Israeli stamp in your passport by telling/asking the passport control officer not to stamp it, what he will do then is stamp a special small form and put it in your passport, THE END. Remember, YOU MUST ASK FOR IT !!! By the way, going back from Israel to Jordan, Jordanians might stamp your passport, so check if the Israeli "trick" is done by the Jordanians too !!
2 :
If you have two passports, then you can show one to the immigration officers in Israel and another for Lebanon. You may be lucky if your passport does not get an Israeli stamp, however Jordanian custom officers will put a stamp revealing that you entered Jordan via Israel. You better forget about either Lebanon or Israel.
3 :
You have to request in Israel they don't stamp your passport, let them stamp it on a separate sheet of paper. As simple as that! You are not allowed in Lebanon if you have an israeli stamp WHATSOEVER- althought the other way around works.

It depends on the length of time you want to spend with him. If you seek a time sensitive requirement, then apply for a visa that accommodates your passport, but doesn't exceed the national time frame of the nation you would like to visit.

Why is Israel so cruel and rough a country
Why is Israel so cruel and rough a country?
Israel is occupying the land of the Palestinian people since 1948 and when they try to resist this occupation it forces the international media to describe them as terrorists, although everybody knows that it is not wrong to use military action against the one who is occupying your land (even the "founding fathers" of the US did so against Britain). Israel is the only country in this whole world that finds it easy and plausible to demolish buildings while their tenants are still inside, and to launch missile and airplane attacks on civilians in crowded streets. Israel now is punishing 250,000 persons just because three or four of them have kidnapped an Israeli soldier. Israel is a nuclear country yet all of the above indicate that it is not too rational to be kept to be so. Israel's lobby in the USA is forcing many US politicians to work only for Israel's interests disregarding the interests of the USA itself. Israel is the cruelest country in the whold world. Will this end?

Yes, It will indeed end. You and I both know there is only one solution to this Israeli problem..... You gotta find a good way to round all the Israelis up and march them all directly into the Mediterranean Sea, where they belong. As soon as ya'll figure out how to do that...you guys will end all your problems and get all that juicy land back. It's that simple.

Though I strongly doubt you really want an answer to your rant I shall give you one anyways. First, the currently incursion into Gaza is not about 1 solider hostage, nor is it about 4 that were killed in the hostage taking. It is about what the Palestinians did after Israel pulled out and left it under Palestinian authorities control. Since you did not mention the shelling of civilians in Israel, I will have to and provide links. Israel had left the territory and immediately rockets started to fly into Civilian lands. The reason for the current incursion is to remove these weapons and destroy their ability to build more. But please don't let the fact get in the way of your hatred.
4 :
Like it or not this is going to happen no matter what is said. The fact is that there are more Jews in Israel now than Palestinians. Not to say that this makes the violence right but it is a country that now belongs to both peoples in the region. It is not unbalanced like S. Africa or how India was before WWII where the people in power were the minority. The Jews and Palestinians are both the people of Israel and this transition will not be easy. The African Americans in this country are culturally seperated from the Caucasion Americans and will probably not see eye to eye in my lifetime, but again that is the way it is, and this country is pretty rough itself.
5 :
I think you are thinking from a very narrow perpective. If people kicked all your people out of your country not once, but TWICE, and drove you to Eastern Europe (No Jews in England anymore) murdered six million of your kind (WW2), you'd be unhappy too. No one wanted the rest of the JEws around after WW2 was over. So they decided to give them their own country so they wouldn't bother anyone else. Thus, Israel was created. Everyone whines about the Muslims. "What about the poor Muslims that want their land back? They are so POOR. It's so unfair." Let's be reasonable. Muslims can live anywhere, and they do. There are many Muslim countries. But the Jews have ONE PLACE, and they can't even have that quietly and peacefully. You've be annoyed too, wouldn't you? Here, read this about why the Jews need their own place. I'm not for segragation, but I think it really sad we get so much crap.
6 :
Because they are surrounded by millions of fanatical muslims that want nothing less than the complete eradication of all Isrealies. Arabs are the problem, not Isreal.
7 :
I only write this to respond to escapefrom springfields post . The Israelies are not responding to home made rocket attacks. The rockets are respnding to an illegal and brutal military occupation. Also how is it respnding to a rocket attack what so ever to blow up a family on a beach with a gun ship and bomb bidges and factories? How again could rockets be fired at soldiers if the soldiers were not invading their country. I guess the American Indains were terrorists to when they fought and defeated Custer and his army. Custer went and slaughtered women and children at wounded Knee which the American press had the audacity to name the "Battle" of Wounded Knee. In response Crazy Horse killed the American soldiers who did it. And in response to that the US shot the buffalo, starved the Indians and forced them into reservations (akaa refugee camps). Let's imagine if a guy in Virginia went and killed a man in North Carolina say because the North Carolina guy bulldozed his house down for not being the right chosen race of god like he was self proclaimed to be. So after the North Carolina man is killed and his crimes un mentioned, The state of North Carolina (which is a carolinian state) responds to this guy in Virginia buy just bombing Richmond and killing families in Virginia beach with gun boats after all they are all non-carolinians, it doesn't matter if they didn:t do anything. That is how ridiculous Israel is.
8 :
Why didn't they just create Israel in Germany? That would have been more just considering who perpetrated the holocaust.
9 :
They are cause they get away with it. They should of been destroyed in ww2.
10 :
Israel is defending itself. The state of Israel was legally created out of the dismemberment of the Ottoman Empire at the end of World War I. The area was desolate, desert and swamp, with some small towns and a few inhabitants, many of them nomads. The inhabitants considered themselves mostly Syrian. The Balfour Declaration issued by the British, who were given the mandate over the area by the League of Nations. Jews have lived in the country since Biblical times. The Arabs from the surrounding areas were lured to "Palestine" by the industry and prosperity that the Jews brought to the region. Envy, hatred and religious fanaticism turned the Arabs against the Jews. In 1947, under pressure, the British resigned their mandate. The same year, the United Nations mandated partioning of the territory. The Jews, though disappointed, accepted the partition. The Arabs rejected it and launched war against Israel. The armies of five Arab countries invaded. Following the exhortations of the invaders, the Arab residents got out of the way hoping to return after victory was attained. They could then reclaim their property and that of the Jews, all of whom would have been killed or would have fled. Israel won. That and that alone is the source of the Palastinian "refugees". Had the Arabs accepted the UN partition plan, there would now have been a state of "Palestine" for the last 58 years. The might have attained a similar level of prosperity, advancement and development as Israel. 50% of Israel's population now includes refugees from Morocco, Algeria, Iraq and Yemen. All were accepted by Israel with open arms and have become successful members of their society. The Palestinians refused to integrate these refugees into their population and instead confined them to "refugee camps". The ones there are now fourth generation and through no fault of Israel. Hey, here's an idea, why don't the Arabs get these 4th generation refugees and incorporate them into their society? 4th GENERATION?!? That would never happen in a developed nation, including Israel. It shows how incompetant the Palestinians are.
11 :
Who gave this land to Palestine? They can not even manage the land they have without aide, how would they manage all of the territory? Why does Palestine feel they need all of the land? If they would settle themselves to peace and stop the terrorists actions and kidnappings, this would all end. Those that promote fear will live in it.

Hey, here's an idea, why don't the Arabs get these 4th generation refugees and incorporate them into their society? 4th GENERATION?!? That would never happen in a developed nation, including Israel. It shows how incompetant the Palestinians are.

Who gave this land to Palestine? They can not even manage the land they have without aide, how would they manage all of the territory? Why does Palestine feel they need all of the land? If they would settle themselves to peace and stop the terrorists actions and kidnappings, this would all end. Those that promote fear will live in it.

How can Israel know if its nuclear weapons work when they haven't done a single nuclear test
How can Israel know if its nuclear weapons work when they haven't done a single nuclear test?
I heard about that rumour test in joint with south africa, but that's incredibly unlikely as it is virtually impossible to hide a nuclear test....certainly a decent sized one.

Maybe they should test one in Crawford, Texas or some other empty space
2 :
You assume they have never tested a weapon. How many tests were done underground in Nevada and how sure are you the U.S. didnt help them test their equipment?
3 :
I don't believe that Israel has nuclear weapons. But if they did they could always test them underground without anyone noticing .
4 :
There is the Vela incident in the South Atlantic that picked up a double-flash of a nuclear explosion some years ago. It is thought that this could have been an Israeli test.
5 :
There is only a need to test if your starting a program from scratch more than likely Israel has nukes on loan from the USA which has the oldest and most established nuke program and therefore no need for testing.
6 :
They did have a nuclear test in the ocean off the South African coast and no, they were not able to hide it.
7 :
This day in time after the SALT agreement with the U.S and USSR, if any country tested nuclear weapons, you wouldn't notice. The treaty stated that all nuclear weapons tests must be done underground. And yes, Israel has nuclear armaments. They were supplied a little by the U.S. and you can see in pictures that they have launch sites, power plants, and enrichment plants.

hi, i am a Chinese passport holder, working in Israel now. I, as well as my wife, would like to have a tour to Egypt. We just know we need to apply visa at Egypt Embassy in Tel Aviv. Do you know what materials we need to prepare? and is it difficult to get the visa?

You need to apply in person at the Embassy or the Consulate General in Eilat and must submit: 1. Original Passport – valid at least 6 months from the date of issuance of the visa and a photocopy 2. The Israel working visa which must be valid for another 6 months beyond your travel and a photocopy 3. One passport size photo attached to the visa application form 4. Proof of reservation of a return flight ticket 5. Bank statement Chinese passport holders need to wait for the approval from the competent authorities in Egypt. The Embassy does not keep your passport/work permit until the approval from Egypt is received since this may take up to six weeks. After approval you will need to provide your passports and pay the visa fee..

May be it will take a quite long time to be approved.

When will Israel stop being the most violent and the most savage country on earth
When will Israel stop being the most violent and the most savage country on earth?
Will this end?

isn't it funny how the israelis and palestinians share common ancestry (who shared the same land) yet each group claims exclusive rights to the dirt. Its dirt, it'll always be dirt, so get over it. Outside observers see that violence continues from both sides. What would you do, if you were born in Israel in the 1950's. If you had always lived there and it had always been your country. How would you react to people who shot missiles at your country and attacked it and bombed it. The violence will never end until both sides want peace enough to give up some other things that are theirs by "right" and that they hold dear. What are you ready to give up for peace?

You are really uninformed and have only heard one side of the story. Neither group is 100% right all the time, but the Palestinians give wrong facts very often. They also teach their children that these wrong facts are true. The truth is, the land that Israel occupies was barely used before the Israelis took it. The land was poorly managed and unusable for farming at the time. The Israelis however fixed this land and made it very usable. I'm also pretty sure that the Israelis at first welcomed the Palestinians and the Palestinians simply left willingly. However, the other Arab countries wouldn't and won't accept the Palestinians! Also, many maps just show a small area of land just including Israel and the Palestinian lands. However, when looking at a larger map, Israel is just a small country about the size of New Jersey surrounded by many huge Arab countries. Hopefully someday both side will simply forgive each other and make peace.
11 :
If only it was that simple. Did you ever consider the fact that Israel's army is dressed like and they act like a military. They are straight forward military. The people they are fighting are using children and others to walk into a crowded market and blowing themselves up. How do you tell who is an "innocent civilian" and who is a militant? It would be great to have peace in the middle east. If everyone would quit vocalizing that they want Israel irradicated from the face of the earth and blowing up people in the middle of crowds, maybe Israel would stop. The difference between a military and terrorists is primarily in HOW they fight. Terrorist tend to fight underhandedly, essentially cheating.

I'm half Jewish. My mother is Jewish, but father isn't so I'm not considered Jewish by my own family. The Jews have been the most persecuted race on the planet for the last century. They did not bring this on themselves, but this could have been a reaction to the Nazi reign in Europe. Maybe they just wanted to be sure this ethnic cleansing never happened to their people again. But to stick a country inside of the place where the most anti Semitic race of Muslims may prove to be a mistake if one of the rouge nations manufactures a Nuclear warhead. Extremist Muslims are twisted and warped, but they are highly intelligent (unlike extremist Christians). These extremist Muslims are much worse than the Kamikazes. The Soviet Army in Afghanistan proved there is no way to beat people who will send an innocent child with explosives strapped to his body and his stuffed animal into a crowd of soldiers. No way to win this War with brute force. Israel has made strides to make it right with Palestinians and if the Palestinians are going to keep taking and not compromising, there will be no winner. There will be more annihilation of both ethnicitys.

Israelis are mostly ethnically German and Western European and these groups of people tend to be racist. Hell they even radiated Arab Jews because they thought they were dirty in the 1950s and 1960s.
2 :
All I ask is for you to be patient and watch this video. This is how the Palestinian people are affected. http://www.cbsnews.com/video/watch/?id=4752349n
3 :
No one believes or accuses Palestinians of having anything to do with the Holocaust. Many are full Israeli citizens that live throughout Israel and are even members of Israeli government. What those who have been given a "Homeland" in Gaza, presumably in exchange for peace, have been doing: firing over 5000 missiles into Israeli towns at citizens over the past few years; in violation of treaties.
4 :
Enormously less than Jews working in Palestine would be by the Arab society. We need societies which are able to create wealth, research, progress, improvement, not just lots of children and fanaticism. To understand better we should always think of the situation reversed: first, Arabs don't offer workplaces to Jews; second, if they did, how long do you think the Jew would survive?

Israelis are mostly ethnically German and Western European and these groups of people tend to be racist. Hell they even radiated Arab Jews because they thought they were dirty in the 1950s and 1960s.

Is israel an unsafe place to do missionary work
Is israel an unsafe place to do missionary work?
I'm asking for people with experience in missions...specifically in the middle east i plan to go to Israel this year as a missionary, during the Pentecost. I'm worried though, because I've been told its not a low risk trip- is it against the law to spread Christianity there? is there a possibility that we will either be executed or killed by extremists? and if so how high is the risk? any info would be great. thanks.

Why don't you think of going to Pakistan or Afghanistan? It will be very safe to do Your dirty job there. After that good experience, you may choose Saudi Arabia followed by other Gulf countries! And being a Missionary, why you are so scared of getting killed by extremists? Jesus will save you. Take courage and go ahead. Book you tickets toi Karachi.
2 :
Israel is a country for Jewish people. Judaism is their religion, not Christianity. Why do you think you are entitled to go there and try to convert them to your belief system? How would you like it if Jews or Muslims constantly harrassed you to convert to their religion? As for your safety, yes there are some extremists there, much l\ike there are elsewhere in the world. Definite risks also, with the possibiility of suicide bombings, and with the middle east being an explosive regioun in general.

You are so right. It is by and large a violent place even for the Jewish people. Bless them but don't talk about born again around them....Not Wise!

actually there is a small christian community which are catholics and orthodoxs.. as catholic.. protestants or evangelics are not welcomed to middle east in general.. becuase you want to convert them.. the roman catholic or the orthodox churches are not doing that work, and our communities have been in Israel before the protestantism comes.. so you are not welcomed
5 :
It is a criminal offense in Israel to give or promise anything materialistic to some one in order to change his/her religion. There's also a proposal to make it illegal to preach for conversion. Generally, Jews frown upon missionary work, and there have been some instances of violence against missionaries, especially against those who call themselves "Messianic Jews".
6 :
It isn't a crime to be Christian. In fact, Christianity is very much embraced in Israel. I'm not a missionary, but I've been to Israel, and along the Jordan River, they have baptisms daily with people from all around the world. No-one is going to execute you, unless you take someone hostage, which I sincerely doubt you'd do :) As for risk factors, don't wave a Palestinian flag in the streets, and don't look like you have a bomb. Also, don't try to pass around leaflets about Christianity, or try to convert people - Israelis don't take kindly to that. You should be fine. Have a safe, fun, and productive trip!
7 :
Israel has laws which prevents you from publicly organizing to spread any religion. This includes passing out pamphlets and religious texts for free. This comes from a Jewish tradition to not spread religion, but instead allow only people to come to you, with the belief that people who come to you are sincere about converting. If you want to spread Christianity, it should be done on a more personal level, telling people you know that you think that they should convert. That is legal in Israel. As for the risk factor, there is the chance some of the ultra-religious Haredi or Muslims (depending on who you preach to) will be violent, and attack you. They aren't legally allowed to do this, but they still do, sometimes. Otherwise, you could be arrested for trying proselytizer potential converts. Since Israel is a democracy, you will receive a fair trial. It is not as high a risk as many other surrounding countries.
8 :
First I would like to know by what authority or bible verse you feel you have a mandate to convert Jews. There are plenty of Christians living there for that. There is need in America. God has his own plan for Israel and it doesn't involve Evangelicals. If you just have to go somewhere and spread the word stand outside any school in America they sure aren't getting any there. The country is going to Atheist and Pagans. But you need to save Israel? I suggest you learn more of your Old Testament before you take on the Jews.

12 :
As other people already stated; why are you going so far away anyway dear? I mean there must be evangelists in that country, maybe not that much, but I am nearly sure they exist. So helping your own nation seems like a wiser idea. And also another point of view, I live in Turkey and we have evangelists around here too and as far as I know, they can do their thing quite safely, but what I noticed about this issue is; evangelists who are nationals of that country (who speaks the language, who knows the culture, etc) tend to be more succesful in that thing they do (giving leaflets or CDs, answering questions, knowing where they should go on talking and when they should stop it and more listen etc.). People tend to believe in them but not a foreigner also :) You know it is just an idea, but it may lead you somewhere...

i personally would be more worried about what israelis will do to you than anything else. .. Us jews had 2000 years of forced conversion, conversion attempts that are still going on today in the form of jews for jesus etc ... There are laws in israel against preaching on the street and israelis in general really dont take kindly to conversion attempts... especially in more religious areas... us israelis can be very blunt and far more direct and in your face than in other countries.and youll find that there are a lot of people who wont be afraid at all to tell you what they think of you trying to convert them .. not only that but its likely that if you are caught preaching youll be put in jail or deported. neither will be a pleasant experience. .. to add to that , there is the security situation and areas where you will - as foreigners be at a higher risk of kidnapp etc... its not as bad as places like afghanistan - but some areas are very dangerous... and if you think israeli jail would be bad... it will be nothing compared to staying at the pleasure of hamas terroristss... my advice - come to israel - its a beautifull place... but please respect the faith of the people and the country and leave the conversion and preaching behind... surely t hat is a better way to express your faith ???

So if you really think you can sway or beliefs simply by reading to us, go right ahead. It's not like you'll get any better results just knocking on peoples' doors. But be forewarned. If you run into me, I would be I could sit you down and talk you into giving up your missionary work. Would a reverse Nakba happen if Israel and Palestine merged into one democracy
Would a reverse Nakba happen if Israel and Palestine merged into one democracy?
The way the the binational agreement would work is that Israel and Palestine would merge together into one secular democracy. Since Palestinians make up the majority of the population if the population of Israel and the Palestinian territories are put together, would the Palestinians create a tyranny of the majority and vote for a Jewish Nakba in vengeance? Or will both ethnicities integrate into the new democratic society?

1 :
Israel can not merge with "Palestine", because Israel IS Palestine. Palestinian Arabs would be the minority even if you count all the population of Gaza, West bank and add the Israeli Arabs to them. Secular democracy with Hamas? You are joking. Sorry, but your project is absolutely impossible to implement(and besides, Israel absolutely does not need to do this)
2 :
There has already a Jewish Nakba , the forced expulsion of Jews from Arab and Islamic lands. Yes it would be a disaster if Israel no longer existed as the lone and true Jewish state.
3 :
No country on earth would allow nukes to fall into the hands of the Palestinians. If I had to live as the Palestinians do, I'd probably use them the first chance I had. Merging the two would mean sharing everything. Including the nukes. The only way they would merge is if Israel gave up it's nukes, which will never happen.
4 :
Did you ever see an Arab country without a tyranny? they may try to hide it and spin the truth but all Arab countries are not democratic at best they hold fake elections like in Syria where Assad always get 100% of votes. And they will kill all Jews who wont convert to Islam like they did in the past, and still preach for in their mosques every day 5 times.
5 :
Yes it would, and most of the Jews would be wiped out, or forced to flee. The few that might be left would become not 2nd class but 3rd or 4th class citizens, or possibly made into slaves.
6 :
A reverse Naqba has already happened I've attached the Wikipedia article, and a blog how Jewish life was and currently is in the former lands of thriving Mizrahi communities. I would say enjoy, but not really, since it is tragic.
7 :
Here's a simple fact, Palestinians will NOT drive a million Jew out of Palestine and take their houses.
8 :
It is true that the Israeli Jews have lots of crimes to answer for. Under conditions of UN resolution 194 which says that those returning should live at peace with their neighbors (and I think any Palestinian refugee who returns would be happy to agree to the terms of that resolution) as well as equal rights for all, none of the Jews would be forced out. A lot would simply leave because they like their comfortable position of privilege too much and want to live in a western culture, and would move back to Europe or the U.S. But you could not call it a Nakba.
9 :
This will NEVER happen. If such a thing were ever proposed by any mainstream Israeli politician, he'd soon meet with a bullet.

Will my VISA debit card work with ATM machines in Israel
Will my VISA debit card work with ATM machines in Israel?
I heard that I might need to change my pin number?

Just call the customer service number on your card and ask them. usually , it will. They do like to know when you are traveling outside the country, so they don't think the card was stolen.
2 :
Visa Debit is a major debit card issued by Visa in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Prior to October 2004 the debit card was known as Visa Delta. As of June 2009, all of the major banks in the UK are either issuing Visa Debit or will be in due course - Barclays, Abbey, Halifax/Bank of Scotland and Lloyds TSB already issued the card, with HSBC having started migrating to it in early 2009 and RBS and NatWest due to adopt it in the latter part of the year. The scheme is also used by many smaller banks and building societies (some of whom had also previously been Switch issuers) including the Co-operative Bank, First Trust Bank, Alliance & Leicester, Northern Rock, Reliance Bank, Nationwide and Coventry Building Society. A debit card (also known as a bank card or check card) is a plastic card which provides an alternative payment method to cash when making purchases. Functionally, it can be called an electronic check, as the funds are withdrawn directly from either the bank account, or from the remaining balance on the card. In some cases, the cards are designed exclusively for use on the Internet, and so there is no physical card. The use of debit cards has become widespread in many countries and has overtaken the check, and in some instances cash transactions by volume. Like credit cards, debit cards are used widely for telephone and Internet purchases, and unlike credit cards the funds are transferred from the bearer's bank account instead of having the bearer to pay back on a later date. Debit cards can also allow for instant withdrawal of cash, acting as the ATM card for withdrawing cash and as a cheque guarantee card. Merchants can also offer "cashback"/"cashout" facilities to customers, where a customer can withdraw cash along with their purchase.
3 :
it should work! You'll just have to let the Visa company know that you are planning to use your visa in a foreign place..it should be fine other wise!
4 :
They should. But you will be charged not only a atm fee but an international fee when you withdraw money. Make sure you call your credit card company and let them know when you will be there and for how long. That way they will not put a hold on your card because they think it is stolen.
5 :
Someone asks this question about once a week. Yes your card will work in Israel. Call your bank and the credit card company to let them know of your plans first that way when they see charges in a foreign country they will not put a freeze on your card.

That's because Carter was the only US president that was 50% Pro Israel and 50% Pro Arab. All other US presidents are like 100% Pro Israel and 0% Pro Palestinian. Even Clinton was like 95% Pro Israel and 5% Pro Palestinian.

Oh, so he was the only President where intervening in foreign affairs wasn't a disaster? Non-intervention is the best policy. It never fails.
11 :
Yeah... It was his only great achievement... But generally he was considered as "weak" President Best USA policy would be to turn back to Israel, end the aid to Israel and save a lot of US taxpayers money (and make Israelis less arrogant) And then focusing resources and effort to more serious real problems like fighting terrorism and disarming Iran Israel is just one d*mn useless burden for USA
12 :
Bill Clinton almost made peace between the Palestinians and Israel. The Palestinians almost had their own state. Best deal they would ever get. What does Arafat do? Rejects it and terrorism rises in Israel. Second intifada

No, night life is definitely open during the weekend. But shops and government offices are closed from Friday night until Saturday evening. Friday is a short day, it end in the afternoon around 4-5pm. and during Saturday shops and offices are closed until around 7-8pm. Clubs and Bars are open normally though throughout the entire time. They only close during holidays

This is false. In Judaism, it is true that people should not work on those days; however, not every Israeli is the best Jew or even Jewish. Tel Aviv the the poster child example of this, where many things do function during Shabbat (the Sabbath). Night clubs are definitely open, and so are many restaurants, cafes, and other stores. However, it's not limited to Israel's biggest metropolis. Many places do operate during this time. For example, the Ultra-Orthodox recently have complained to Intel about keeping their factories operating during Shabbat, ignoring that not all of the employees professed Judaism, did not force the employees to work during these hours, and paid them a little bit more due to the time. Many people are willing to work because of that. Government offices are a different thing. Yes, they are closed. Israel doesn't shut down. It's not like they can afford to, anyway: Obviously, the police, hospital, armed forces, power plants, and buildings of similar infrastructure operate anyway, regardless of what time it is.

In Israel average working hours are approximately 43 hours per week, and the legal maximum working week is 47 hours. For most Israelis, the workweek begins on Sunday and ends on Thursday or Friday at noon to accommodate Jewish Sabbath, which begins Friday night. Most businesses and government offices are closed during the whole day on Friday and Saturday, non-Jews may choose Friday, Saturday or Sunday as their main weekly holiday, while Jews may not choose to work on Saturday, unless their working place is open on Saturdays by a special permit. In areas where most of the population is secular, such as Tel Aviv and most of its surrounding towns, Saturday is expressed mainly in minimal business activity and transportation. Many secular families leave the cities on Saturday, for relaxation and recreation in natural surroundings. In religious neighborhoods, In Jerusalem, most of the city shuts down but there are places that are open on Saturday. Many shopping centers are partially open on Saturdays - mostly out of the major towns. Most of the museums and parks - even in Jerusalem are open on Saturday. Most night clubs are open 7 days a week.

To answer you, it is not true, there are even malls that are open on Saturday. All pubs/clubs are open on Friday night.Hospitals, police stations, fire department all work 24/7.Even the airport is open on Saturdays, many flights fly in and out of Israel on Saturdays.

How does Israel's democratic system work in terms of procedure and representation
How does Israel's democratic system work in terms of procedure and representation?
Just a quick explanation will do

There's 1 voting region. Every one vote for a list (party). The number of seats each list gets is number of valid votes it got divided by 120 (the number of seats). Fractions in that number are "traded" between the lists before the election. After the votes are counted, the president appoints the head of one of the lists (the one most likely to be able to form a coalition) to form a government (usually it's the list with the most votes, but not always). if he/she can't (happened in the last elections) the president appoints head of another list to do so. If he/she can't either, there are new elections (never happened before).

Could 9-11 have been the work of Israel, like they did with the Lavon affair
Could 9-11 have been the work of Israel, like they did with the Lavon affair?
The lavon affair is like decades before i even hatched onto this violent planet. The plan was for the Israelis to create a false flag operations by attacking targets inside Egypt and theirby blaming the Arabs and removing any Western Support to them. In 1967 they alleged to have sunk a US warship and attemped to blame it on the Arabs again. So could 9-11 have been another handi-work of the infamous Israeli mossad? I mean they are really really good? I mean all credit to them they tracked down Nazis all the way in Latin America and bought them home for Justice! So could 9-11 have been done by them? ALso what exactly do we have to implicate UBL apart from a video tape which could have been doctored very easily?

The Vietnam War was also a "Lavonese" event with the false reports of US ships being fired on. The Spanish American War was the same with US agents sinking their own battleship in Havana. Pearl Harbor will probably be exposed as one as well. There is a tidal wave of information pointing towards foreknowledge of the Japanese raid. etc, etc, etc. So why blame Israel?
2 :
No. The majority of the 13 men were from Saudi Arabia.

9-11 was the work of Al-Queda not Israel, the Lavon affair has no relevance

No, 9 11 was not done by Israel, if they did you are saying that Millions of muslims around the world have been fooled into praising an Islamic hero, and that Osama Bin Laden, who openly admitted to planning the attacks and why he planned the attacks is Jewish, that being part of a suadi royal family is a cunning disguise! Bin laden, unaware of his alarming Jewish roots and the fact that he is working for the Israeli Government praises allah and declares himself a muslim! His number 2 declares himself a muslim! But you think that they are actually jews working for Israel! Does it rain on your planet? In 1967 they alleged to have sunk a US warship and attemped to blame it on the Arabs again. Erm, no they did not! They openly said it was a friendly fire incident, just like during the war of 1967 when Jordanian artillery bombed a unit of Iraqi infantry who were advancing on Israeli positions.! Or was this a Jewish Conspiracy aswell?

why is it so hard to accept extremely overwelming evidence that a bad guy did some crap, why must some always look for the evilness must have been perpetrated by a good guy....here it is bud...9-11 was done by alqueda and bin laden with the support of iraq. a terrorist network exists and Bush, Chaney, Isreal, BP, mother Teresa, Billy Grahm, Elvis...............are not invloved.
7 :
I don't think we should be overlooking all of the evidence pointing to Al Qaeda in order to accept a theory that has zero evidence to support it.

100percent mossad terrorists

Plenty of fingers pointing in that direction. From the tonnes of nano thermite in the rubble to the truck bombs apprehended on the bridge and the Israelis questioned then released to swiftly return to Israel.(all classified info on them too). The security at all the airports were by an Israeli company.Just too many connections, plus motive.

The Zionists certainly were the only profiteers.

They could of had their ears to the ground real good and nurtured the al queda terrorists into stepping it up since flight 422 was hijacked. Use the planes as targets. Of course CIA got wind of it and even after the British warned us we had over a year of ears to the ground and the only result was for timely demolition at the WTC to clean up the whole messy crash site. Hence Bush can declare victory on IRaq and we have the subsequent ANimatrix. Japanase Anime is very depictive of all current events.

Unfortunately my friend,we live in a world of interests where human life in no longer important. Al Qaeda is a terrorist organization no doubt..But let's take a look at who benefited from it the most.
