You will need a voltage convertor at the least. You will also need a way to force PAL and defeat the region locking on games, either through homebrew or Freeloader, and Freeloader doesn't work on Wii's with firmware 3.3 or newer. US: NTSC, 120V, 60Hz Israel: PAL, 230V, 50Hz Wattage shouldn't matter.
