I'd say both are quite alarming, but I find Jane Harman's actions much, much worse. She should only be working for her constituents.

Why would either or these things surprise anyone? Everybody knows that AIPAC is powerful, and that the Bush administration liked to wiretap people. This kind of thing is to be expected.
